Fowey Valley Sangria Recipe

Our Five-Year Aged Cider Brandy is the star ingredient in our delicious homemade Sangria! This delightful drink blends rich, smooth flavours with a fruity twist. If you fancy making the perfect sip this summer, follow our recipe below.


2 oranges, chopped

2 lemons, 1 chopped, 1 juiced

200g strawberries

3 tbsp caster sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

ice

750ml bottle of red wine

100ml Fowey Valley Five Year Cider Brandy

300ml sparkling water


Put the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle over the sugar and cinnamon, then stir to coat. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least one hour, or ideally overnight. Then, fill a large jug with ice and stir the fruit mixture to ensure the sugar is dissolved, then tip into the jug with the wine and brandy. Stir, then top up with the sparkling water and serve. Enjoy!
