Fowey Valley Queen's Park Swizzle Recipe

60ml Fowey Valley Golden Sipping Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Angostura bitters
Crushed ice
Mint sprig, for garnish
In a glass, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the sugar syrup. This releases the mint's aroma without breaking the leaves into small pieces. Add the fresh lime juice and Fowey Valley Golden Sipping Rum to the glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir the mixture to combine. Then, fill the glass to the top with more crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick (or a bar spoon if you don't have one), swizzle the drink by placing the stick between your palms and rapidly spinning it back and forth to mix and chill the drink further. Add Angostura bitters on top and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
