Fowey Valley Chilli Jam
We have a local supplier with a big crop of Cornish chillies on its way so we have been experimenting with chilli recipes​ in the Fowey Valley kitchen​. Our sticky-sweet Chilli Jam possesses a gentle heat, ​delivered by lots of fresh chillies and our very own vintage cider vinegar. Deliciously bold and bright, we only have a very limited batch of 100 jars.
 
Fowey Valley Cider Chutney
In collaboration with The Cornish Larder - who produce award-winning preserves, relishes and sauces - we have created a very special festive chutney for all of you to enjoy. This delicious pot is packed full of figs and our Cornish Oak Aged Cider Spirit for a dark, rich and luxurious chutney, which is perfect for the Christmas cheeseboard. Spoon a dollop onto a cracker with a slice of ​Cornish cheddar for the ultimate festive indulgence.
 
Fowey Valley Figgy Pudding Chutney
This moreish chutney is handmade using Barrie Gibson's grandma's secret recipe. It's packed with our award-winning cider, cider vinegar and juicy apples. What more could you want? It's not too spicy so the apple and onion can come through. This handcrafted Cornish chutney is delicious with cold cuts or cheese.
